Dub Town is a shared map of websites. These terms explain what a purchase gives you, how the town works, and where to get help.
What you’re purchasing
A purchase places your website listing, garden or billboard in Dub Town under the rules below. A tile is a place within this service, not real estate, ownership of a website or trademark, or a promise of income. Example logos on unclaimed tiles do not represent customers or endorsements.
Review the item, price and payment method before confirming. The checkout quote is the price for that purchase. Card checkout is handled by Stripe. Supported wallet and agent payments use USDC on Base through x402. Other payment methods are available only when offered in checkout.
Only a confirmed payment completes a purchase. If payment appears to have gone through but your listing has not appeared, keep your receipt or transaction reference and contact us before paying again. Network fees, where applicable, are shown or handled by your wallet.
A card purchase belongs to the signed-in account that bought it. A wallet purchase is controlled by the paying wallet. Keep access to that account or wallet; never send us a private key, seed phrase or full card details.
Listings can be repurposed
Ordinary occupied spaces can be taken over for $2. A Guildhall or Palazzo can be taken over for twice its previous paid price. The displaced listing is removed, with no refund for that displacement. Buying a listing does not reserve its location permanently.
A purchased billboard face is protected from takeover for 24 hours. After that window, another buyer can purchase the face for $0.50. Gardens cannot be taken over; their owner can release them. These rules are also available in the current purchase details.
Owner edits and releases are free. An edit can change the title, description or URL path; changing the website’s domain requires a new claim. Releasing a space gives it up and makes it available again.
Your content and the town
Submit content you have the right to use. You authorize Dub Town to display the listing and artwork you submit as part of the service. Do not impersonate another person or business, publish unlawful or infringing material, distribute malware, or interfere with the service or its payment and activity limits.
Logos identify the websites they belong to. Unclaimed examples are not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners. Rights holders can request review or removal at [email protected]; include the domain and the reason for your request.
Town appearance, animations and features can change. We do not promise visitor numbers, search ranking, sales or uninterrupted availability. Love Taps and other activity are subject to limits and abuse checks.
Payment issues, privacy and contact
For a duplicate charge, missing purchase, refund request or account issue, email [email protected] with the affected domain and receipt or transaction reference. Requests are reviewed individually. The takeover rule above does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used to run the town. These terms apply when you use Dub Town or make a purchase. Updates will be posted here with a revised date; check the terms before a new purchase.
